We're from Michigan and found the Lake Keowee area by accident and immediately fell in love with the area. Sue made contact with Tammy. In relative short order, she was able to show us several options for home and vacant property. we made a couple more trips and ultimately bought a beautiful lake lot that we hope to build on. Prior to closing, we were trying to confirm the septic tank validation process which included permitting, taping off the property lines on a very steep grade and the identify a requested tank location. We were in Michigan with no way of pulling this off in time. On an early Sunday morning, Tami and her husband went and took care of it! She then led us through closing process and continued to offer help in so many "non-real estate" things. Not only did we find a great realtor, but we also found a new friend.

I would strongly recommend Rob Bradley as an agent to my closest friends and family. Rob recently helped me with the sale of my father's estate. The goal for both of us was to set a price point that was fair to both the seller and the buyer. We sold the home at list after a slight reduction in our original price due to the slow months around the Christmas Holidays. Rob was right there with me the whole time...explaining the paperwork and processes to me and offering his support throughout the sales process. I feel that Rob went above and beyond the call of duty and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Rob invested his time, effort and energy into his role as seller's agent, event though the expected commission he would receive upon the sale of the property was modest. Rob has a very even temperament and was very easy to work with. One thing that is important to me is responsiveness and if Rob didn't answer his phone immediately (which he usually did), he would call me back soon afterward.
