She was honored 2012 through 2020 as a Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG) Gold Award recipient given to recognize loan originators who demonstrate excellence in mortgage banking via production, continuing education, professional ethics, and involvement with the association.  She was also a recipient of the Top Gun Award in 2009, an award recognizing top producing loan originators based on volume by the Georgia Association of Mortgage Professionals.  She is also part of the Downtown Merchants Association of Seneca, an Affiliate Member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors serving the Upstate of South Carolina, and an Affiliate Member of the Georgia Upstate Lakes Board of Realtors.

Sue Ann enjoys boating on Lake Keowee, and especially likes to help buyers purchase their vacation and retirement homes in the Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee area.
